Personal Coaching for

Leadership

$550 + GST / session

Note: payable six sessions in advance.

This type of coaching is usually initiated by the individual or their manager. Motivations may vary and mostly revolve around personal skill development. And achieving balance, handling stress, managing people, overcoming conflict, understanding corporate politics, or career transition.

Includes:

  • Goal setting
  • Full workplace debrief
  • Leadership development questionnaire with personalised feedback
  • Twelve one-hour coaching sessions – spread over a six to nine-month period
  • Personal development plan and monitoring execution
  • Unlimited email support

Executive Coaching for

Future Leadership

$9720 + GST / 18 sessions

Note: payable in three instalments – each paid in advance.

This type of coaching may be undertaken as a bonus for leadership candidates or remedial in nature and focuses on enhancing performance and developing leadership and team-building skills.

Includes a combination of face-to-face and telephone meetings in conjunction with management.

Includes:

  • Telephone meetings to establish the desired outcome and reporting requirements
  • Telephone interviews with peers and direct reports (if required)
  • An initial telephone coaching session with the client to set the framework for the coaching relationship
  • Establishing specific and measurable goals
  • Creating a Personal Development Plan and monitoring execution
  • Full management debrief
  • A total of eighteen one-hour personal coaching sessions (max. three per month)
  • Job shadowing (optional, additional fees apply)
  • Unlimited email support

Executive Coaching for

Leadership

10% of the individual’s salary

Note: minimum $12,000 + GST, plus travel expenses.

This type of coaching is tied to the organisation’s strategic initiatives, succession plans, and/or employee retention strategies.

The coach will meet with both senior representatives and the individual to identify the desired outcomes, outline the scope of work, and establish performance metrics.

Includes:

  • Two in-person meetings, including setting out the scope of work and the final review
  • Interim reporting framework
  • In-person meeting with the persons being coached
  • Creating a personal development plan and monitoring execution
  • Leadership assessment and debrief
  • Coaching sessions twice monthly for a minimum of one year
  • Unlimited email support
